Volunteers Needed for River and Pond Clean ups

500 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
ON APRIL 16 AND 17, 2011

HELP SERVERHODEISLAND.ORG RESTORE SECTIONS OF THE PAWTUXET RIVER FROM THE FLOODS AND CLEAN ROGER WILLIAMS PARK POND

Bring your family and friends. Join in for a meaningful and fun (yes, fun!) weekend of service work. Come one day or both days.

DATE: Saturday, April 16

TIME: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

PLACE: Roger Williams Park Pond OR a 14 acre river site in Norwood (Warwick)

DATE: Sunday, April 17

TIME: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. AND/OR 12:30-4:30 p.m.

PLACE: Father Tirocchi Field, Warwick

On Sunday, lunch will be available at 12:30 p.m.for the morning and afternoon shifts. Snacks will be available on Saturday.
